We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in promoting and expanding the market presence of construction materials, including Pavers, UPVC, Paints, and Precast RCC Slabs.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and a strong understanding of the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:


1.Market Research and Analysis :


- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and trends in the construction materials sector.


- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market positioning to develop strategies for gaining a competitive edge


2.Sales Strategy Development : Create and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for the target product lines. Define sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.


3.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, architects, builders, and construction
