Senior Business Development Manager / BDM -Industrial Construction
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle and we are on the lookout for an enterprising leader who specializes in the construction contracting industry. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. This role will be heading the business development efforts for Industrial Construction
- Identifying prospective clients and working to find leads in given specific target markets.
- Generating new leads and actively seeking sales opportunities through site visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media, field visits, etc.
- Set up meetings with potential clients (Architects, Builders, PMC) and listen to their requirements Issues and concerns.
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Formulating strategic plans for attaining business growth, and brand development.
- Maximize conversion of leads to sales closures.
- Manage sales for growth and revenue enhancement of the company.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence..
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- Planning and Organizing Market visits. Set up technical meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up for Enquiry Quotations.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage closed sales and communicate future project needs.
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding set targets and maintaining quarterly sales.
