WIN Home India - Social Media Marketing Specialist (3-7 yrs)
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will:
1. Help strengthen the WIN brand on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google
2. Develop social media campaigns by collaborating with in-house graphic designers and content writers in a highly stimulating and engaging environment
3. Track leaders in other industries, and identify trends for social media marketing
4. Continually learn from and contribute to the WIN marketing playbook
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
1. 3-5+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience
2. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
3. Commitment to working with cross-functional teams with a shared purpose
4. Fast-learner with strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
5. Bachelor's degree; MBA strongly preferred
