Job Role
City Head of Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage a team of corporate sales managers, and foster strong relationships with key corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Responsible for generating sales leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and field selling. Map potential customers based on the industry focus strategy.
- Understand the needs of client and create a product fit for client needs.
- Ensure the client database is actively updated in the sales tool.
Team Management :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of corporate sales managers.
- Establish specific performance goals and objectives for the team, keep track of their progress frequently, and offer coaching and feedback to help them get better.
- Monitor the team's sales pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis along with payment collection.
Sales and Operations :
- Conducting one-on-one meetings with the potential client to give products and services demonstration.
- Responsible for conversion of leads by effectively pitching the right product.
- Explore cross selling, up selling and reference selling to achieve the set business target.
- Sales negotiation to get a firm commitment to close the sale.
- Co-ordinate with client organisation to ensure the Purchase order is obtained.
- Responsible for sales collection
- To maintain and manage Client expectations and resolve their Concern/ issues in agreed time frames.
- Check client satisfaction levels and escalate any client concerns to resolve the same.
Product knowledge:
- Should have in-depth knowledge about different category of product and current market trends in corporate gifting industry.
Sales Report:
- Updating the Sales CRM tool
- Submit sales reporting as per SOP.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree/master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, as well as relevant sales experience.
Work Experience:
- Should have 4-6 years of proven experience in B2B Sales with team management skills.
Sales Achievement:
- A strong track record of sales achievement and excellent stakeholder management skills is also important.
Other requirements:
- High target orientation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Field sales experience with team management skills.
- Excel knowledge.
- Knowledge of CRM Tools.
- Business Communication and presentation skills.
