Wildcraft - Branch Sales Manager (4-10 yrs)
Reports to - Regional Sales Manager (West)
Reportees - Direct (3 to 4), Indirect (70 to 80)
Responsibility - Retail (Exclusive outlets), Modern Trade and General Trade channels
Key Result Areas :
- Achieve Branch targets and ensuring smooth operations of the branch.
- Track Market trends / competition intelligence and provide inputs to corporate office
- Responsible for Dealer & Distributor Management
- Branch sales forecasting- Distribution wise. Formulation and implementation of sales and Distribution plans
- Responsible for Untapped & New Emerging Potential Market
- Ensure appropriate deployment of sales budget to capture the growth opportunities and remain competitive in the market
- Increase Distribution Network by increasing the width and depth of the channel
Other Responsibilities :
- Manage large team
- Responsible for Branch audits, collections etc.
- Managing large and diverse team
- Understand and analyze competitors, market trends and general conditions that will affect the business over the short and long term
- Manage Performance Management process for the team
- Guide and direct training efforts that bring value to the business through better sales efficiency
- Create and communicate clear action plans to optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
