Wigzo - Intern - Customer Success (0-1 yrs)
You will be a Customer Success Intern to join our Customer Success team
What will you do :
- You will serve like an additional hand to the customer success team in which you will be required to do following things.
1. Monthly/Weekly client dashboard auditing to make sure everything is working fine and report in case you find any glitch.
2. Help with performance reporting via PPTs and Excel for Key Accounts on monthly basis.
3. Report bugs and coordinate with tech team to fix issues.
4. Create customer journeys and do thorough test to make sure everything is working as expected.
You qualify for the role if you are :
- Graduate with B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA or complete any computer related course of at least 1 year and good communication skills.
What gives you an edge :
- Fundamental of digital marketing, google analytics, e-commerce and retention marketing
- Understanding of SAAS
- Having knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
