WideCare - Customer Support Representative (2-5 yrs)
1. Handle company's support number of incoming calls and take customer's complaint and pass it on to the service team for addressal. Give call back to the customers whose call got missed during the daytime due to busy call schedule or any other reason.
2. To keep track of missed calls and voice mails on My Operator's panel (WideCare + Symphony) and co-ordinate with those customers and calling back the missed call customers
3. Complaint registration with brand customer care and follow up from start to end for proper closure of the claim case
4. Co-ordination with customers and service centers for appointments, repairs estimates, complaints resolution and follow up with service centers for GST/IGST invoices
5. Co-ordination with customers and local electricians for fan installation and air cooler demo appointments, negotiations with local electricians and co-ordination for their payments.
6. Timely status update of each opened/In process/closed claim case on excel/google sheet wherever required
