WideCare - Area Sales Role (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities of candidates include:
1. Responsible for driving stores- plan sales productivity in a month from current and new stores in the region of Odisha.
2. Responsible for driving the store managers & sales staff to achieve their daily and monthly targets and increase plan sale attachments ratios
3. Identify both slow moving and fast-moving plan sales and explore ways to improve the sales metrics on continuous basis
4. Communicate actively with sales teams in each area to help foster a team spirit and plan sales revenue
5. Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights
6. Identify product training need amongst the sales teams and initiate to provide the same
7. Conduct market research to understand competition and emerging market trends
8. Identify prospective dealer/retailers in the state, plan of action of tie-up and initiate the process of onboarding them on monthly basis
9. Identifying multibrand service centers in Bihar for WideCare tie-up
10. Responsible for deployment of WideCare/CLIENT marketing material in the stores
