WholesaleBox is a funded platform for wholesale buying and selling across India, for retailers (Shopkeepers) to be able to buy directly at factory prices. We are a bunch of technology and business people from IIMs, IITs, NITs, etc, who are working to bring efficiency in the whole distribution system and help retailers get more variety at their doorsteps at 25-40% lower prices.-

They can take advantage of our simple web interface to buy products for their retail outlets and get those without having to travel to different cities/manufacturing hubs or to buy at much higher prices from the wholesalers near them.

We've put the entire wholesale buying process online to enable manufacturers & brands and retailers to drive incremental revenue, cut costs, improve their customer experience and analyze performance through data analytics.

Designation : Seller/Key Account Manager

Location : Jaipur

Job Responsibilities :

- Ensuring best possible Category tree and product catalog online by regularly reviewing with relevance to consumer behavior and comparing with competition.

- Ensuring product catalog hygiene.

- Managing team and provide proper guidelines for listing and uploading catalogues.

- Ensuring best possible offers and promotions online by :

1. Planning in advance and coordinating with Merchandising teams and brand teams.

2. Keeping a regular track of competition and negotiating better offers wherever required.

3. Working closely with the marketing and technology teams for planning and execution of campaigns.

- Managing the seller relationship by championing the seller's needs at Wholesalebox.

- Managing and driving the growth of the seller's Business- Analyzing the business: Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine reporting on the seller's current business and future opportunities.

- Build and execute on an account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the seller and Amazon.

- Providing thought leadership around planning, road maps and execution.

- Understand the requirement (data and images) for all categories to guide the seller and audit the information provided.

- Quality Check of all the images and content as per the guidelines of Wholesalebox.in

- Train and assist sellers to provide information about their products in prescribed formats by identifying key attributes of products to be captured for a high quality catalogue.

- Ensure data is captured in prescribed formats within defined SLAs by extending support to sellers depending on their capabilities.

- Perform thorough quality check (QC) on data collected from sellers.

- Seller coordination and follow up - Schedule calls/emails basis SOP to appropriately follow up with the seller to collect the information in a timely manner.

- Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating tools/trackers to reflect work done.

- Follow ups with Internal Teams like Vendor Managers for brand exemption on the platform.

- Managing a team of 3 Executives and responsible for their functional training & career development.

- Drive implementation of processes & SOPs for team in the city.

- Achieving targeted productivity levels/SLAs for the team in the city.

- Manage all necessary handovers between various internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualification for the Job :

- Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset.

- Strong sense of urgency and ownership.

- Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail.

- Prior experience with E commerce companies, startup or apparel category is preferable.

- Must be a strong and enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- B.Tech/ MBA from Tier I or Tier II institutes would be preferable.
