- Looking to hire a candidate who has 2+years of experience as Customer Support Lead/executive who takes leadership of managing all the customer related issues and takes good initiatives in leading and addressing the customer needs.

Experience: 2 years+

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any Stream

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal mode.

- Hands-on experience in using Live Chat tools

- Lead good initiative regarding the Customer experience

- Good Knowledge in handling tickets and in using the appropriate tools

- Analyze all aspects of customer experience and business profitability

- Take ownership of issues until they are successfully resolved. Ensuring the timely resolution to meet our

- Flexible to work on weekends in case needed
