Position Overview :

- WhiteMagic Fashions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Ernakulam. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our fashion company through strategic business development initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and create opportunities for business expansion, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive growth and profitability.

- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients within the fashion industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.

- Lead and coordinate the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends.

- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate and close deals with clients to secure new contracts and partnerships.

- Monitor and report on sales and business development activities, progress, and results.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the fashion industry.
