Job Overview :

- Whitemagic Fashions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Manager to oversee and manage the company's operations in the Ernakulam region. The Area Business Manager will play a crucial role in expanding the brand's presence and ensuring profitable growth within the designated area.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales and Revenue Generation :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Team Leadership :

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives and ensure they meet their sales goals.

- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and motivation.

Market Analysis :

- Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities to adapt the business strategy accordingly.

- Provide feedback to the company on product performance and customer preferences.

Operational Efficiency :

- Streamline and optimize business operations within the area to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Ensure stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising are in line with company standards.

Customer Relations :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and resolve customer concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational efficiency for senior management.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other business activities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales and management roles, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Knowledge of the Ernakulam market is a plus.
