Whitelion Systems - Area Sales Manager - Home Interior Product (3-9 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify the person from the ADM team to execute and help us with sales execution.
- Discuss inquiry with Sr. Sales Executive
- Identify the market potential and based on that expand the area to generate the business.
- Engage in the performance evaluation process of sales executive & Sr. sales executive
- Train his team to generate effective sales
- Provide training to the team on presentation improvement, negotiation skills, site visit improvisation, communication while doing follow-ups, approaching clients and closing the deals, etc.
- Taking feedback to material sent to clients regarding products and services and generating referral inquiries from them.
- Meet builders and maintain a good professional relationship with them.
- Meet A&B category Architects
- Maintain lead conversion ratio above 50%
- Meeting with the sales targets of the Sales Executive & Sr. Sales Executive
- Discuss monthly & quarterly targets with ADM and encourages them to achieve the targets.
- Handle clients who have issues regarding products which is unresolved for long & services and resolve their queries.
- Handle and resolve the conflicts between AD and ADM and AD-AD
- Handle and resolve conflicts between the team and AD/ADM
- Handle sales inquiry that has quotation amounts of and above 3 lakhs
- Identify the manpower need for a particular area/territory and help the HR team in the recruitment process
- Maintain punctuality of the sales team while morning calls and weekly meetings
- Maintain the enquiry generation ratio
- Maintain a CRM database of individual team member's updates every week
- Verify the DSR report of the team daily
- Verify all working of the Sr. Sales Executive and Sales Executive
- Retention of his team
- Do a Market survey of competitors
- Meet all AD & ADM once in a quarter
- Visit a new city and stay there for its development while in the initial stage
- Submit monthly out-city visit report to state manager and output from that visit of individual team member
- Maintain joining of new architects in the architect reward program
- Plan out a city visit tour of sales & senior sales executive
- Plan his out city visit and discuss it with the state manager
