re-inventing early childhood education.
Job Description:
- Should be able to handle end to end communication(s) with the Student/Teacher(s)
- Responsible for the Customer Satisfaction of the entire conversation
- Responsible for building relationships with the students and teachers in order to ensure end
to end resolution is provided at one go
- Voice / Chat associate - will be responsible for resolving tickets within pre-defined timelines
- Email associate - will be responsible for resolving tickets raised on emails within pre-defined timelines
- Should be open to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
Skill Required :
- Minimum of 1 year experience within a contact centre environment
- Experience within the customer services domain (Email/Chat/Voice) with a proven history of credible performance
- Candidates from any of these industries - Ed-Tech, E-Commerce, BPO/ITES, Telecom/E-learning are preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written
