Your Experience (edit)

With a minimum of 4 years experience, preferred in Education sector. Your qualifications are less important than your talent, your energy and your ability to get things done, quickly. Experience in EdTech or E-commerce will be an asset.

Responsibilities (add) :

1. End to End responsibility of managing school engagement

2. End to End relationship building with the key stake holders of schools (principle,Owners,KDM,Trustees)

3. Liasing with internal stakeholders to close all suggestions and grievances for clients.

4. End to End responsibility for ensuring schools are going live

5. End to End alignment of multiple steps with schools before going live.

6. Upselling in the already onboarded clients

7. End to End responsibility of driving NPS with the currents clients.
