Job Description :
- Should be able to handle end to end communication(s) with the Student/Teacher(s)
- Responsible for the Customer Satisfaction of the entire conversation
- Responsible for building relationships with the students and teachers in order to ensure end to end resolution is provided at one go
- Voice / Chat associate will be responsible for resolving tickets within pre-defined timelines
- Email associate will be responsible for resolving tickets raised on emails within pre-defined timelines
Skill Required :
- Minimum of 1 year experience within a contact center environment
- Experience within the customer services domain (Email/Chat/Voice) with a proven history of credible performance
- Candidates from any of these industries - Ed-Tech, E-Commerce, BPO/ITES, Telecom/ E-learning are preferred (Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period.)
Location : Powai, Mumbai
Working days : 5 working days with 2 days-off which will be which will be between Mon-Fri
Shifts : Rotational shift
Mandatory Language Fluency : English, Hindi
Laptop/Wi-fi : Candidates to use their own laptops, wi-fi will be reimbursed WhiteHat Jr
