Whitegold Minerals - Executive - Sales - Wall Putty (1-8 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for promoting and selling our high-quality Wall Putty products in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned area.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Vadodara market and nearby areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Wall Putty and its applications will be an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Salary:
- Starting salary of 1.5 LPA to 3.0 LPA, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses based on achieving sales targets.
