Whitegold Minerals - Executive - Sales (2-10 yrs)
- We are a leading company in the manufacturing of Industrial Minerals, looking to expand our Sales Team. If you are an experienced Sales Executive with a strong track record in selling raw materials to the Plastic & Paint industries, we want to hear from you!
Role and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base in the Plastic & Paint industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present and promote our range of raw materials to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively position our raw materials.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling raw materials to Plastic & Paint industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Plastic & Paint industries and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
