Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships.

- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

- Stay updated on the influencer market, identifying the type of content that resonates with influencers and works well for brands.

- Create influencer marketing contents for brands that work

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies and solutions that meet client objectives.

- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of agency services.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance and results.

- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.

- Develop project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines.

- Track campaign performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Opportunity mapping by networking and building rapport with influencers and seamlessly integrating the brands with the category of influencers.

- Network, reach out and Maintaining business relationships with the influencers to discuss new business synergies.

- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential influencers to engage in business with the company

Key Requirements:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in account management and or influencer marketing roles.

- Strong understanding of social media, branding, advertising, and marketing principles, with the ability to create impactful campaigns.

- Excellent conceptual and ideation skills, capable of generating breakthrough ideas.

- In-depth knowledge of the influencer market and the type of content that engages and resonates with influencers.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and persuasive materials.

- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful completion within deadlines.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to keep up to date on all social media and influencer trends
