Responsibilities:

Project Management - Max Quality

- Focus on timelines for the delivery of projects

- Building a world-class creator community

- Overseeing content standards and ensuring quality output

- Liaising with Key accounts and guaranteeing proper deliveries and customer success

The Operations Executive would also be responsible for overseeing the Marketplace operations at White Panda which includes

1. Onboard Technical Writers and Copywriters. Oversee editorial processes

2. Come up with processes and build a steady flow of content creators

3. Proper accounting to be practised. Cost needs to be optimised towards writer pay.

4. Work towards - Higher content quality & Faster delivery times

5. Delegating projects to Writers, while having the track of all the progress and deadline.

6. Coordinating with Content Managers.

Skills :

- Someone very active in Extracurricular Activities with strong leadership skills

- An acute interest in writing or editorial process

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience

- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
