White Owl - Executive - Sales (2-6 yrs)
- As an Executive - Sales, you will be responsible for planning and executing selling strategies to drive primary & secondary sales for Off-Premise accounts with a focus on the Mumbai, Bangalore Pune, Goa and Delhi market, including but not limited to:
- Managing a Sales Coverage portfolio for Off-Premise Channel Accounts and devising and executing - winning- strategies at all such points of sale
- Managing shelf-space negotiation, strong product visibility and other critical activities at all points of sale to continuously maximize brand awareness
- Planning & designing trade schemes and driving execution of the same
- Ensuring continuous stock flow of all SKUs to all points of sale including influencing tertiary sales, and managing collection of payments, as required
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and proposing appropriate competition strategies
- Measuring and reporting performance of various selling and marketing initiatives for the channel
- Building strong customer relationships, collecting product and brand feedback and proactively addressing all customer needs
- You will also work hand-in-hand with our senior management team and various internal operations, sales, distribution and administrative teams
Core Requirements

- Work experience of 1-3 years, ideally within the alcoholic beverages industry
- Education at a top-tier university/college
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically
- Strong work ethic and discipline
- Paranoia for organization, timeliness and optimization
- Passion for entrepreneurship, marketing and top-quality craft beer
