- As a Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive - Marketing & Sales, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing, brand-building and selling strategies with a focus on your regional market, including but not limited to:

- Maintaining & developing strong relationships with channel partners, corporations, educational institutions, event organizers and non-profit organizations to maximize WO participation in all strategically-aligned events

- Managing a Sales Coverage portfolio for On-Premise Channel Accounts and devising and executing - winning- strategies at all such points of sale

- Planning & executing on-ground events and brand partnerships

-  Building strong consumer relationships, collecting product and brand feedback and proactively addressing all consumer needs

- Monitoring and reacting to competitor behavior

-  Communicating with external Creative Agencies and ensuring internal Social Media coverage as appropriate

- You will also work hand-in-hand with our senior management team and various internal manufacturing, distribution and back-end support teams

Core Requirements

- Unique ability to simultaneously be a captain & a soldier, a leader & a resource, a mentor & a team-mate

- Work experience of 5-10 years(Manager) & 3-5 years(AM/Executive), ideally within alco-bev marketing & sales, consumer goods, hospitality or event management

- Education at a top-tier university/college

- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing and enthusiastic personality

- Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically

- Strong work ethic and discipline

- Paranoia for organization, timeliness and optimization

- Passion for entrepreneurship, marketing and top quality craft beer
