Key Responsibilities :
Strategy Development : Create and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Campaign Management : Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from planning and execution to monitoring and optimization. Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
Data Analysis : Utilize data analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Budget Management : Develop and manage budgets for performance marketing initiatives. Optimize spend based on performance metrics and strategic priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to develop and implement high-impact marketing campaigns. Ensure alignment with brand messaging and overall strategy.
A/B Testing : Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and tactics. Use results to drive continuous improvement.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Apply insights to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting : Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Qualification Requirements
Educational:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Google
Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
Skills:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). Advanced knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to various audiences.
