White Code Labs - Manager - Social Media (1-3 yrs)
Following will be your tasks.
1). Work closely with the design and marketing team to develop social media campaigns.
2). Develop relevant posts and monitor company's social media accounts and offer constructive engagement and interaction with users.
3). Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
4). Create strategies of finding relevant customer, and analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy.
5). Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
6). Analyze competitor activity, recommend improvements to increase performance, and to set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
