Job Overview :

- We are seeking a highly creative graphic designer with 4-5 years of experience in designing compelling art work for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, particularly in electronics, fashion, and lifestyle sectors. As an experienced designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and executing visually captivating design collaterals that elevate our brand image and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities :

- Understanding the Brand's positioning and customer personas, and designing visual content dedicated to digital touchpoints

- Conceptualizing visual designs fine-tuned to meet the brand's objectives on paid and organic media platforms (packaging, performance marketing, social media, etc.)

- Understanding of packaging materials and sizes to spearhead packaging designs and closely monitor execution of the same.

- Work closely with stakeholders and product managers to translate user needs and business requirements into visual designs that are minimalistic, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.

- Design for different industry sectors and master in visual design.

- Implement visual principles and experiment with typography, colors and labelling layouts.

- Collaborate and review designs with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception for a better user experience.

- Present and obtain approvals from design leaders, project stakeholders, and end-users to drive your designs to success.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in design or equivalent and minimum 4-5 years of experience in graphic design which should include minimum 1 year of packaging experience.

- Proficient in adobe creative suite.

- A good storyteller who generates empathy, craft a vision, design for impact, using written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skill

- A problem solver with ideas that challenge the status quo, together with the persistence - to bring them to life.
