Whimsical Events - Client Servicing Role (0-2 yrs)
- We are looking to hire Client Servicing Managers who have a strong experience of 0-2 years of working in a reputed Exhibitions Agency.
- Must have experience in the Exhibition and stall designing industry.
- Ensure that client objectives are met on time budget guidelines are adhered to and take charge of the day- to- day financial management of accounts.
- Ensure that our business proposal to clients meet with the client's business objectives and add meaningful value to their marketing and communication plans.
- Provide client support services in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
- Build a positive and productive relationship with clients.
- Make frequent clients calls and visit to strengthen client relationships.
- Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.
- Inform management about complex clients- issues.
- Must have a minimum of 0-2 years of Servicing and Operations management experience in an exhibition agency.
- Experience in reading AutoCad drawings.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contact.
- Coordinate the internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
