Job Brief
We are hiring for an Online Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We- ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company's positive image.
To prosper in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We additionally expect you to be a strategic intellectual with an analytical mind and intense problem-solving skills.
Ultimately, you- ll maintain strong relationships with our company's clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- You will be responsible for handling all social platforms of the company.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
- Tapping new business avenues and ongoing client servicing.
- Managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors
- Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
- Drive continuous improvement of the travel program.
Job Requirements
- Fresher or experience up to 1yr can apply for this position.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CTM/GDS solutions
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
- Well-organized and reliable
- Training in travel and tourism is a plus
