Roles & Responsibilities :
- Experience (only field sales and who have done target based job)
- Need to build & manage team size of 40-50 members across different hierarchy levels.
- Drive product & services sales through team building, motivating field sales teams, conflict resolution - acting as bridge between HQ and field sales teams
- Identify & estimate market potential in given territory and build sales teams in accordance with demand projections
- Solve issues in a timely manner and work on team motivation
- Build & Empower team
