Wheelseye - Manager - Business Development/Field Sales (4-5 yrs)
Designation: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the overall running of the sales team size of at least 8 Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and solidify its presence in your geography market.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses.
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with customers and key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new operators by partnering with them.
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics.
- Develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives.
- Oversee planning for the following year's business plan.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating sales efforts with different departments for fast and smooth closing.
- Market visit for at least 22 Days in a month.
- To manage the team to achieve the above through:
- The setting of objectives for all team members.
- Conducting regular review sessions with your team members.
- To track daily activities of your team members.
- Performance management of the team and of own.
- The support and development of the team
Skills and Qualifications :
- Candidates should be graduate/Postgraduate (Full time). (MBA would be preferred).
- Must have handled team size of at least 6-7 members in previous organizations for at least 1-2 years.
- Must have core field sales experience of more than 4-5 years. (Not of showroom, backend, official work, packaging or delivery job)
- He must belong to the same area within a 50 km radius from the center where the candidate has applied for the job.
- Ability to overcome objections from potential clients (Objection Handling).
- Can work under pressure and ready to go to the market for at least 22 days in a month.
- Have worked in a target-based job.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Must have knowledge of basic excel and google sheets.
- Should have a personal vehicle and smart android phone.
