WheelsEye - Key Account Manager- Retention (2-8 yrs)
1. To manage and grow the assigned customer accounts post-onboarding, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
2. Responsible for deepening the relationship with key stakeholders, driving repeat transactions, ensuring timely payment collection.
3. Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
4. Regular check-ins, follow-ups, and relationship management.
5. Timely identification and resolution of customer issues and escalations.
6. Increase the percentage of customers retained over a specified period as well as increase revenue from managed accounts.
