- WheelsEye app is used to secure trucks against theft, track location, build operational visibility & efficiency, manage toll transactions, avail credit from NBFCs, purchase fuel, tyres and insurance & reduce empty truck runs.

- Problem : Logistics is complex, unorganized, completely offline, and deep with trivial and deep-rooted problems. Though the industry contributes 14% to the GDP not much focus has been put and progress has been made to solve the problems of the industry.
- The vision is to empower truck fleet operators and build a truck service ecosystem to solve road logistics.
Requirements :
1) Sales Strategy & Planning :
- Define and implement long-term Sales & Distribution strategy and Annual Sales Plan based on overall company strategy
- Prepare and maintain annual sales & distribution plans to deliver budgeted revenue and Profit targets for the year based on channel.
- Develop sales strategy at zone level for accomplishing sales targets across levels of distribution.
2) Team Management :
- Lead the Regional sales teams of South & East India in translating strategy into sales business plans and go to market strategy within budgeted costs.
- Large team size with direct 16 reportees and indirectly 1000+ reportees needs to be managed.
- Timely performance review of the team on a weekly or monthly basis.
3) Market Penetration :
- Enhance market penetration by setting up and managing the distribution Channel.
- Identify the market potential of the South & East region to enhance the sales.
- Stay updated with market trends, dynamics and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
4) Customer Understanding :
- Understand the customer needs and provide solutions to customer.
- Understand common objections customers may raise and prepare effective responses and overcome objections.
5) Profitability :
- Monitor and analyze the P&L performance of the sales team and identify corrective areas.
- Implement cost control measures and optimize expenses with in coordination with the Finance team.
