1. Purpose and impact of the hiring.

- Purpose- a. Grow SAAS business of North UP+Uttarakhand: 23 districts

- Span of Geography

- Meerut, Bulandshahar, Noida, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Baghpat, Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, Shamli, Moradabad, Bijnor, Saharanpur, Amroha, Aligarh, Dehradun, Haridwar, Uttarkashi, Pauri, Rudrapur, Kashipur, Rudraprayag, Almora, Roorkee

- Leading 6 Direct Reports: Team Leaders & 60 Indirect Reporters : Sales Executives, Hire SEs and lead a final team size of a total 90 SEs.

2. Role clarity :

- Metric Ownership- Deliver below metric

- Acquisition - GPS - Trucks & Non-Trucks, FT, Relay

- Business Hygiene - Manage healthy payment collection.

- Plan for and launch new products successfully - Train/Review/Groom the team and deliver successful new product launches - Fuel Sensor, Load sensor, Driver performance, Suraksha GPS etc.

- Next 2 yrs roadmap of projects for a new hire.

- Existing products- Drive & deliver growth on existing business by :

- Increase Monthly Productivity of team in currently served Customer Segment

- Increase business in high throughput customers- By bringing more customers than current coverage.

- Pitch company products & offerings to Enterprise customers and grow line of business.

- New Product launches - Plan District wise targets & execute all launch/contest/competition inputs. Candidate should be comfortable & skillful in multiple launches and growing the business.

2. Must Have attributes :

- Should have done hard core Sales in previous stints

- Should have worked in Rajasthan West in previous stints

- Should have managed span of 50 team members

- Should be skilled in planning & launching new products to drive business towards growth.

- Describe the core experience required for the role.

1. Educational Background: Graduation/ MBA

2. At least 5 years of work experience

3. Should have done Area Sales Manager/ Territory Sales Manager role in the past or currently.

4. Industry : Telecom/ FMCG

5. Open to travel across cities and districts for min 15 days Behavioural & cultural attributes which are required.

- Comfortable in high growth environment which demands performance

- Demonstrated ability in the past to launch & scale new products

- Skilled at executing business strategy via teams (50+ team span)

4. Evaluation Process : Define what to interview and how, depending upon the role. Profile shortlisting & Round 1 to evaluate :

- Skill Round- Sales Expertise: Clarity of KPIs to measure performance/Planning for growth & launch/how does one handle challenges, hurdles & provide solutions to problems.

- Behaviour & Culture Round- Ownership of results & drive, Decision making ability with aligning stakeholders/ Stability of profile/ what are individual.
