Wheebox - Manager - Enterprise Sales (5-7 yrs)
- Should have a god knowledge of Talent Assessment /HR Recruitment/ HCM suite selling/HR Services-or from similar industry .
- Responsible to drive new revenue for Talent Assessment Solutions within designated or new Enterprise accounts in your respective region/territory.
- Good understanding and a network of HR Talent Acquisition Heads and Talent Development Heads / CXO connects is desired .
- To meet Revenue numbers and Financial goals.
- To develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- To lead the Account Planning effort and plays a key role in the firms Strategic Planning effort.
- To forecast activities and sets performance goals accordingly for self & team.
- To meet with key clients, assist sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
