Job description
Key responsibilities:
1. Leverage best practices to drive and successfully sell new business opportunities.
2. Build and effectively manage a list of new clients to drive business.
3. Strong focus on selling to only new prospective clients.
4. Primary focus to net new logos/new client accounts.
5. Identify key decision makers and develop strategic relationships to drive revenue.
Job requirements:
1. Minimum 3+ years proven Product or consultative sales experience in high technology, recruitment industry to large multinational companies.
2. A consistent track record of over achievement in sales targets
3. Proven experience in closing enterprise- wide complex sales solutions, by structuring integrated solutions.
4. Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship
Required Candidate profile:
Hugely driven individual with clear, ambitious goals, and ability to successfully track towards and achieve these (in and/ or outside of work environment)
Ability to connect high activity rate to achievement of personal, professional and financial goals
Entrepreneur minded individual with positive mindset.
