Job Description
- Strategize & Initiate partnerships with Sector Skill Councils.
- Drive Sector Skills Business and Acquire new sector skills for revenue management
- Drive revenue from strategic businesses and manage customer engagements.
- Understand partner business models and products to develop partnership strategies and execute the plans.
- Understand business needs and create & execute strategic campaigns with the partners to serve those needs.
- Maintain roadmaps of projects with the partners and help drive them to successful closure.
- To participate and contribute through various networks and platforms relevant for the organization s vision and strategy.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.
- CRITICAL CAPABILITIES:
- Minimum 3 -5 years of work experience.
- Must have experience of working with CSR primarily with PSUs in Livelihood and skill development sector.
- Domain Knowledge of Assessment, Recruitment, Education and Learning business preferred.
- Should have experience from initial call till client closure.
- Experience in developing profiles of targeted accounts within the industry sector.
- Strong selling skills as well as demonstrated success in stabilizing and developing client relationships.
- Great communication and presentation skills is a must.
- Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex business development initiatives
- Willing to travel extensively.
