Guidance Counselor Responsibilities :
1. Conducting individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development.
2. Evaluating students- attributes and assisting them in realizing their objectives.
3. Developing and implementing counseling strategies with contemporary methods of mentoring.
4. Assessing the development of students and highlighting their sense of accomplishment.
5. Completing evaluations, analyzing results, and providing purposeful feedback.
Guidance Counselor Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree in counseling or related (essential).
2. 1 years of work experience as a counselor in an academic environment.
3. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
4. Motivational leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
6. Confident interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
7. Perceptive intuition and decision-making skills.
8. Remarkable professionalism and solid work ethic.
