Wheebox - Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales (5-10 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Account planning, Account Mining, Revenue management and ensuring relationships with customers/prospects.
- Meet Revenue numbers and financial goals from existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Develop and manage sales operating budgets.
- Forecast activities and set performance goals accordingly for self & team
- Meet with key clients, assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Manage successful delivery, collection and account satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5+ years proven Product or consultative sales experience in high technology, recruitment industry to large multinational companies.
- A consistent track record of over achievement in sales targets
- Proven experience in closing enterprise- wide complex sales solutions, by structuring integrated solutions.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship.
