Whayn - Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)
1. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules for the team to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
2. Meet sales target of the company and setting individual sales targets with the sales team
3. Identify emerging markets and market shifts with knowledge about new products and competition status
4. Analysing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
5. Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
6. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
7. Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
8. Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation
