whatfix - Presales Engineer (2-5 yrs)
Whatfix is looking for a Presales Engineer with excellent technical, communication and organisational skills.
As a Presales engineer at Whatfix, you will assist the sales / business development team by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers.
You will get to :
1. Assist sales team through preparation and delivery of technical presentations
2. Answer technical questions during demos
3. Devise implementation strategies based on specific client business requirements
4. Respond to RFIs and RFPs from prospects
5. Close the feedback loop by providing product team with inputs to influence product roadmap items
6. Customer migration and on-boarding assistance
Responsibilities :
1. Work with Sales / Business development teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections and convert prospects to customers.
2. Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight Whatfix's value proposition through presentations, product demonstration, proof of concept management and RFP response documents.
3. Work independently with prospects / customer's technical teams on technical scoping. During the process of scoping, you may be involved in complex workflow analysis and in-depth examination of the interaction between Whatfix and customer's infrastructure.
Requirements :
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
2. 2-5 years of experience as a technical sales engineer or equivalent experience in a customer facing role.
3. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
4. Prior experience in a Solutions Engineer / Presales / Consultant role
5. Prior experience with SaaS solutions, is a plus
Shift Timings : 5 PM - 2 AM (US Timezones)
