About the Role :

- As the Content Head for our Health & Wellness domain, you'll be at the helm of our dynamic content team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of 6 content writers, ensuring that our brand voice remains consistent and authoritative in the industry. You'll oversee content strategy, play a pivotal role in recruitment as we expand, and ensure our content remains SEO-optimized and relevant.

Responsibilities :

- Direct and manage a team of content writers, guiding them in creating impactful content that aligns with our brand voice and style.

- Craft, refine, and implement a content strategy that enhances our brand's reach and engagement.

- Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure the content is optimized for organic search.

- Oversee content planning, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence and meeting set KPIs.

- Spearhead recruitment initiatives as we scale, identifying and onboarding top-tier content talent.

- Review and update content as required, ensuring its continued relevance and accuracy.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as senior content writer or a previous leadership role within content creation or content management.

- Exceptional ability in strategizing, planning, and executing content campaigns.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.

- Strong grasp of SEO principles and their application in content.

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, while ensuring the quality of content.

- Familiarity with WordPress
