What Works - Inside Sales Representative (0-5 yrs)
Job Description :
We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative for our Hyderabad office. The role involves conducting outbound sales calls, managing the sales database, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Telugu, English, and Hindi, possess strong communication and sales skills, and have experience with Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads and drive sales.
- Manage and update the sales database with accurate and timely information.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
