Western Refrigeration - Executive - Field Sales - HVAC Segment (0-2 yrs)
Position Overview: The Field Sales Executive for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) products is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling HVAC products to potential clients in a designated geographic area. This role involves a combination of customer relationship management and effective communication to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as facility managers, contractors, and consultants.
- Present HVAC product solutions to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing customer queries.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Relationship Management :
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Regularly engage with existing customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Act as a point of contact for clients' inquiries, concerns, and service requests, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's customer base.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports for management review.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the sales process and suggest corrective actions.
Travel and Reporting :
- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows or exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in a CRM system.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management as required.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Fluent in English and Telugu.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
