West Wind - Area Sales Manager - Apparel/Footwear (8-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing store sales team and respective Store Managers. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of entire sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and in-store experience.
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new trends and competition status.
- Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Higher Management.
- Candidates with some sports brand experience will be preferred.
Qualifications :
- Graduate/PostGraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration OR Retail Management OR Hotel Management OR Regular Graduates with related field experience will be preferred.
- Successful previous experience as an Area Manager, Area sales manager or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, meetings and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Ability to manage teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills
