WeMakeScholars is an organization funded and supported by the Ministry of IT, Government of India under the 'Digital India Campaign'. Our motive is to offer unbiased support to students with international education finance via scholarships and education loans. It is one of the biggest scholarship aggregators globally with more than 26,000 scholarships on the portal and more than 1.5 million students from 190 countries access it every year. For education loans, we work with 10+ banks (public/private) in India/abroad including top banks like State Bank of India. We are a 5-year old startup with a fast-growing team and hence a lot to learn.
Position Title: Customer Engagement Associate
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
2. Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
6. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
