Welspun Global Brands - Assistant Sales Manager - Modern Trade (3-12 yrs)
- Responsible for developing market & execution for modern trade channel
- Ensure monthly budgeting and targeting of his respective Accounts.
- Ensure targeted Modern trade Sales in A+ chemist in Order to Qualify for Premium Club
- Achieve Modern trade Sales Target as per assigned Annual Business Plan (ABP)
- Responsible for increasing offtake in stores, sampling etc to increase the sales.
- Handling & developing sales Promotors team.
- Establish new distributor network for high serviceability of modern trade
- Achieve Targeted % Customer Retention Rate as per agreed timeline
- Responsible to ensure store coverage by enlisting new chains and driving business volumes with proper negotiation of TOT
- Responsible for proper display, merchandising and increasing shelf share of brand.
- Ensuring that all SKUs are listed and available in MT chains.
- Maintain MIS and sales report and provide timely feedback and sharing of regular visibility images to supervisor.
- Regular update on competitor margin and activities / Launch.
- Ensure Adherance to Monthly Billing Cycle & Number of Outlets
- Ensuring BTL activation in Targeted Number of Stores
- Settling Claims and Monitoring Collections.
- Implementing Trade Schemes in assigned terittory
