Responsibilities:
1. Becoming the first point of contact for customer/client queries
2. Handling issues from clients with extreme patience and politeness
3. Becoming our representatives to outside customers
4. Setting a benchmark for customer service in all aspects
5. Becoming diligent in handling every query, being proactive, and constantly following up with the respective stakeholders, and leaving no stone unturned for handling complaints
6. Ensuring constant feedback/reviews from clients and working hard to ensure queries are resolved swiftly
Skills required :
1. MS-office
2. Fluent English written and speaking
