Why the job is important:
Wellthy Therapeutics is looking to add a Manager of Insider Sales as part of our team. This is a pivotal cross functional role that will span across all the functions and will work closely with the leadership team. The primary duties for this position are to Closely with the Marketing and Sales team to set qualified meetings with Sales team via outbound prospecting, event prospecting and inbound prospecting for our Target Personas across Pharmaceuticals, med devices, Payers .

Responsibilities :
Responsible for Lead Generation(80% Outbound and 20% Inbound) Inside Sales activities for Wellthy in Europe and United Stated across enterprise accounts(Pharmaceuticals, Payers). He/she will be prospect, reach out and follow up on leads on a daily basis with weekly MQL and SQL Targets
Skills :
- Must have good communications skills, and should be able to present. information in a meaningful and rational manner to Marketing Head and Field Sales teams.
- Good understanding of Digital health Solutions is preferred.
- Should have end-to-end understating of Inside Sales process.
- Should have led or managed a Team directly
- 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise / digital healthcare solutions to life sciences companies Strong Communicator
- Ability to articulate complex ideas into simple, yet concise language for all Healthcare Stakeholders
- Ability to interact professionally with relevant stakeholders in the healthcare industry including clinicians, regulatory experts & stakeholders from target organizations
- Strong Story telling( Verbal & Writing skills) and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and to align with third party Organizations( Events, Life Sciences)
