Wellthy Therapeutics - Key Account Manager (2-4 yrs)
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key industry players
- End to end Project Management of partnerships - Manage multiple projects, develop project plans, coordinate issues between client, stakeholders, 3rd party, and produce key project deliverables
- Developing and maintaining the strategic account plans for the accounts assigned
- Co-ordination with the internal teams to ensure delivery of assignments in a timely manner
- Ensure that we maintain business year on year and add additional business from same customer
- The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with sharp communication and interpersonal skills. He has a client-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills. He must be able to engage and coordinate large groups of cross-department people in order to meet achieve results.
Skills
- Candidate should be having life sciences background (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular biology, Biochemistry and allied subjects) is a must.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathic development of long-term customer relationships
- Agile project management
Experience
- Start-up experience is preferable
- 2+ years of experience in account management is a plus
