Wefast - Head - Business Development & Growth (5-10 yrs)
Business Development and Growth Head.
What you will have to do:
- Learn our entire business development process, sales process and product thoroughly.
- Form a Business development and Sales team.
- Analyse the market, talk to existing customers, discover our strengths & weaknesses,
- propose sales process improvements, shape our unique proposition and marketing strategy.
- Develop and implement of business development strategy and new sales channels exploration
- Create measurable sales process and implement required technical solutions to support it.
- Grow number of active clients and deliveries. Ensure the results of sales funnels: leads generation, onboarding and conversion into client in b2c and b2b sales, tie-ups with business and corporate clients. Ensure closing the deals.
- Test and capture new markets, explore new channels for business development.
Requirements:
- Business development and sales experience at least 5 years in Internet company, E-commerce company, Market places, digital platforms or classified website (internet company) or in payment industry.
- Experience in forming BD and Sales TEAM is required.
- Experience in leading either Telesales (or Customer Support) or Field Sales team is required (at least 3-4 years) or both.
- Extensive understanding of customer development process.
- Proven targets achieving and revenue & profit growth is required.
- Structured thinking.
- Knowledge of AARRR model.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Clear spoken English. Knowledge of
- Several/Some Indian official languages will be an advantage.
- Lots of energy and drive to succeed.
- Broad contact network will be seen as an advantage.
