- Overall work experience : 3 year (Preferred)
- Customer service : 1 year (Preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries received by phone/email/WhatsApp/FB and YouTube and provide quick resolution and support
- Coordinate with internal teams to source relevant information and ensure customer query is addressed
- Log each customer query in internal systems for continuity
- Handle follow ups with customer and create happy customers
- Ability to work in shifts
Skill Set :
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
- Team work Ability to help each other and work as a group
- Good attitude & quick learner
- Solution oriented Provide quick resolutions to customers including suggesting alternatives
- Multi-tasking skills
- Multi lingual (Language preferable Hindi, Tamil, Telugu)
